F. Miller House

This residential addition enhances the backyard experience of a house built originally in the 1980’s with an attached garage addition in the 1990’s. The family wanted to be able to incorporate multi-generational living along with accessibility for family members with both mobility challenges and vision challenges.

The project consists of five parts: The new lower deck and ramp, the upper deck and 3 seasons room, a first floor accessible restroom, a bedroom suite featuring a kitchenette and bathroom with a steam shower, and a kitchen remodel, along with some miscellaneous updates throughout the house.
